the room was smaller that I thought, but nice. first day almost no water, and very little hot water. it wasn't untill the 3rd day that hot water was in the room. being on the 7th floor, it took some time to go up into the building. bring cash, room service, or pool service (drinks etc) does not always have a CC. restaurant was actually very good.

Clean with winderful service. Good breakfast and great view. Had a few minor mntc issues that were fixed immediately. Suana was not working. If you dont like to hear occasional airplane noise, this may not be thr place for you.

Good hotel with good location. Staff were always attentive. Excellent view in the room and gorgeous view at the rooftop pool. Breakfast was good, with one local dish that changed every day. The only 2 issues I found are the following: 1) It mentioned the room has a “full-sized’ refrigerator. It was indeed a mini fridge, but it worked properly. 2) It is advertised as “on the beach” (2 minutes away). This is not true as it is indeed a 20-minute roundtrip walk, with an elevated pedestrian walkway to cross a main avenue. The 2- or 4-minutes’ walk indicated is not a safe option. Please note that the ONLY reason I chose this hotel was because the “on beach” location. We were working from the hotel and wanted to enjoy the beach as much as possible, which wasn’t the case because it was too far away. For this reason, I request a PARTIAL refund, as it was incorrectly advertised in the Expedia description.

I don’t even know where to start. … The staff is not properly trained. The hot water is very cold. Breakfast is not really good. It’s cheaper than the rest of the hotels in the area so you get what you pay. The bed was very comfortable though. It’s ok but I will not stay there again.
