The apartment was perfect for our needs. Very clean and well stocked. Close to everything; groceries, restaurants etc. we didn’t have hot water. They tried to fix it several times, unsuccessfully. Not a big deal, but would have been nice for doing dishes. The beach is very busy, but shuts down early.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I encountered a stark contrast between the staff. The receptionist was absolutely wonderful; she greeted us warmly, answered all our questions, and made us feel welcome. However, the experience quickly took a turn for the worse when it came to the office staff. For starters, I was surprised to learn that they impose a $25 fee for something as basic as having bedsheets and towels cleaned daily. This was not only unexpected but felt quite excessive considering the overall cost of the stay. Every little request we made was met with an additional $25 charge, which added up quickly. One particularly upsetting incident occurred when my brother had a slip in the bathroom while we were touring the apartment. In the midst of trying to enjoy our stay, he accidentally broke the sink. Instead of showing understanding or concern for his well-being, the staff immediately tried to charge us another $25 to cover the cost of fixing the sink. This response was not only inappropriate but incredibly frustrating, especially given the circumstances. Overall, my experience with the hotel's customer service left a lot to be desired. The lack of empathy and continued fee structures felt off-putting. Given this poor treatment and the overwhelming feeling that customer satisfaction was not a priority, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. It was genuinely a disappointing experience from start to finish.

La propiedad aceptable pero lo que tienen que mejorar es la playa es imposible ir es dolo prostitucion lo que se ve bueno para los que van en ese plan para familia no lo recomiendo

a ver. El departamento es excelente, mejor q en las fotos. amplio, limpio, totalmente equipado y bien ubicado. Linda piscina y acceso a la playa. Todo el personal muy pero muy amable. Por otra parte, antes de llegar (y tal como decían en la reserva) intenté comunicarme por mail, whatsap y por la web de Hoteles para ver como hacer el check in,,,nunca, nadie me respondió. Una vez allá, el check in hay q hacerlo en otro edificio (bien cercano, a menos de 100 mts) pero cuando llegué a las 14 15hs no me dejaron porque "el ingreso es a las 15". Insólita esa rigurosidad...y luego a las 15 estuvimos como 30 minutos tramitando el ingreso (lo podríamos haber hecho antes). Una pena...igualmente volvería sin dudas por todo lo q es el dpto, solo lo menciono porq se puede mejorar facilmente, con poco
