English: From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone, from the breakfast staff, on the 11th floor to Hector at the front desk, made us feel very well taken care of. A special mention to the lovely ladies who took care of our room. They were always friendly, kind, and did a great job keeping everything clean and comfortable. Our room, 904, had an amazing view of both the city and the ocean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is also perfectly located, close to banks, restaurants, shops, and everything we needed. Overall, Hotel ZiOne Luxury was a fantastic place to stay. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Cartagena!

The doorman, Martin was super nice, helping with luggage to the room and when we left to catch our Uber. All other staff except the young lady that worked the desk overnight (her paperwork was more important than providing good customer service) were very polite and gave great customer service. The room and breakfast was pretty decent.

They only have a pool, good location, easy walk to the beaches, short drive to wall city, Place was nosy from the street, with no ear plug available, nor have they considered it, so i have stayed they three times now, this was the worst, nose was higher, horns from the street.

Amazing stay

Had an AMAZING stay at this hotel! Walking distance from the beach, restaurants and many places. This hotel was very updated and clean, best part was the AC of the room and hallway along with the rooftop pool and bar.

Rooms look nice, rooftop pool is great, location is safe and convenient. Check-In quite late (15:00) and our room was ready til nearly 16:00. Other than that great place to stay and recommendable.

I had such an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff is really OUTSTANDING! They are extremely helpful, warm, respectful,.and welcoming. My room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was amazing! Great shower and jacuzzi. I will definitely stay with them again. Oh, and the breakfast was good!

It was a pleasant stay overall. The pool bar didn't have much there and there were some expensive fees I wasn't made aware of when I booked the hotel. It was very clean and the restaurant and pool were nice. I felt safe the whole stay.

We were treated like VIP guests by Joe or Jorge and front desk staff. They made our visit to Cartagena fabulous. I highly recommend this hotel and the restaurant offers great breakfast and menus. We took a sunset cruise and a City tour and we enjoyed it even though there was some hiccups to find out tour groups.
