"The Pullman Hotel is well located on the busy Euston Road close to Euston, St. Pancras and Kings Cross railway stations. It is also close to several Underground stations making getting around London by public transport very easy. I had a very quick and efficient check in and was in my room by lunchtime. I had a better room on this occasion. Although my room overlooked the Euston Road the sound insulation was quite good. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend taking ear plugs to be on the safe side. The bathroom was modern with a walk in shower. The towels could be of a better quality. One of the three lifts was out of order for the entirety of my stay resulting in long waits in the morning."

"Nice garden view from room. Otherwise would have been overlooking Southampton Row main road. Very quiet despite central location. Lots restaurants around and Covent Garden just 10-15 min walk. "

"I have stayed here 2 or 3 times a year for about 7 years and the people are friendly and welcoming. Rooms are always clean. Surprisingly quiet given it's proximity to Kings Cross "

"The single pane windows allow too much street noise in, and make the rooms cold in the winter/spring. This Hotel advertises itself as sound proofed - not true. Our first floor room was on the street corner. This led to endless people talking loudly at all times of the night on their phones and when they went out for a smoke/vape. It was also a terrible spot for early morning deliveries to the Hotel. We asked for a room at the back of the Hotel, but that didn't happen."

"Clean but very small room (#718) and with an even smaller bathroom. I am medium build and media height. A larger person would have problems using that bathroom. I had to shuffle sideways to get into the shower cubicle (no bath). You would have to be a contortionist to access the toilet roll while sitting on the loo. "
