"Absolutely amazing service. The staff was so helpful and friendly. They gave us great recommendations and made us feel so comfortable."

"Ok"

"We had a great stay. Marlena (hope I’m spelling that right) was incredibly helpful upon check in and set us up for a comfortable first few days in London. Thank you!"

"I had a lovely 2-night stay at Cleveland Residences Russell Square. The self check-in process was easy and straightforward, and the apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for a short stay. The location was excellent for exploring London, with convenient access to local attractions and public transport. Euston Station was approximately an 18-minute walk away. Overall, a great place to stay for a short visit to London, and I would happily recommend it to others."

"Ok stay"

"The hotel is very well located, in a beautiful historic building, wonderfully restored by the current owners. The public spaces are very nice, although there are not many places to sit in the lobby. The restaurant is exquisite, and the food was very good. The rooms are beautifully restored, but very small. Instead, there is one set of new windows installed before the original ones - feeling barricaded through and through. Only air con available to regulate temp. Room for 2 with king size...

"This was a brilliant find, will definitely recommend and stay again."

"Erg fijne locatie op 10 minuten lopen van Kings Cross. Een prima uitvalsbasis om Londen te ontdekken. De pub heeft een gezellige sfeer, met lekkere gerechten en een uitgebreide drankkaart. Ook het ontbijt is prima geregeld. De kamers zijn simpel maar netjes. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Niks is bijna teveel. We hebben er 5 nachten overnacht. Voor ons een heerlijk verblijf, helaas moesten we terug naar huis(Rotterdam)."

"日本の中堅ビジネスホテル並み"

"Great location for the train station."

"Lift wasn’t working for 2 days and owner was not concerned with that. Staff was rude. There was no soap in soap dispensers when we checked in. Lift broke down and no one knew the TAT for its repairs Overall poor and"
