"Courtesy was the best, from every single staff member I encountered. There were some little bits of the room that were not impeccably clean but I am pretty happy with the room. I think it is great to be able to go between the two areas of the resort as I was traveling alone. My big issue was with Expedia and Hyatt Corp levels as there is a lot of confusion with the name of the resorts that are literally on the same beach. "The hotel was on a quaint street. In walking distance to restaurants, local souvenir shops and other hotels. The room was clean and recently renovated, beautiful pools with colorful lights at night, well lit area on the hotel property and surrounding streets. The staff was just awesome. "Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Der bemängelte Komfort entspricht natürlich der Preislage (Sehr wenig Wasserdruck, häufig Stromausfall). Preis/Leistungsverhältniss ist absolut OK. Leider ist die Ortschaft und ihre Infrastruktur nicht sehr interessant (überteuert, alles voller Müll). Unterkunft kann ich aber sehr empfehlen."

"Mi habitación estuvo limpia y bien cuidada, aunque la de mis familiares no tanto, pues vimos cucarachas en la suya. La piscina es excelente, y el personal fue muy amable y comunicativo. El unico detalle es la energia eléctrica que hay que pagar el consumo al final. No es un gasto excesivo si utilizas la energia como en casa, pero es bueno tenerlo en cuenta. Tampoco incluye desayuno, pero hay un excelente restaurante llamado Aroma, donde ofrecen 10% de descuento a quienes se hospedan en el hotel....
