They checked the trash and asked if we needed more towels each day compared to other hotels that i have spent more money. Other hotels I've been to don't do that this bplsve does.

Receptionist was rude, answered very abruptly when asked about handicap accessible room, "NO HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE ROOM!" WI-FI didn't work, must be the only hotel in the state with no USB hook - up, no phone either. Otherwise the room was acceptable.
