A night in Casa Grande

Went to see our step daughter. It was very nice and comfortable. Front desk was very pleasant and helpful. We were tired after our drive and family dinner. We went to bed and slept.

Initially I booked a king handicap room , When I arrived the reservation was changed somehow and got a handicap room with 2 queens . The second day we were switched to the handicap king room, However neither of these rooms contained a sofa , only desk with uncomfortable chair. There’s plenty of room In either room for a comfortable small sofa to where you can seat and relax rather than seating on the bed. Will stay again provided comfortable seating is added.

It was pretty clean when we showed up. But they didn’t clean every day. So we had to go down and get towels every day. There were only sheets, no blankets. Other than that, it was a good place to lay your head for the night..

Pricy for an older hotel

The price has gotten too expensive. The hotel is old and showing signs of wear. Super 8 is always clean and extremely friendly. But the price will have me looking elsewhere.

The first room they put us in smelled terribly of cigars. The staff quickly apologized and gave us another room. They were nice, friendly. The place was generally clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable enough and everything worked.

Majority of the staff was very friendly and helpful...but when i first arrived to check-in the lady at the front desk wasnt super polite and she charged for someone elses room which i already reserved my room through expedia..thank goodness i caught it on bank statement before i checked out of facility..woman at desk that i brought this to her attention she was very kind and had great customer service and she reversed the extra charge on card
