"Really cute room and the ladies who run this place are super welcoming and accommodating! Great value and would be my choice of hotel when I come back to Firenze."
"Very Italian spacious property the area was very good The ac does shut off after a few hours for economic reasons and the nicely arranged showers did leak but it was beautiful we were six adults that had enough space and three bathrooms ( one couple did sleep on a sofa bed but it was not terrible) it could use a bit of update for for lighting and the sofa beds mattress good fit for us "
"Hotel Palazzo was stunning. I would definitely stay here again and I already can't wait to! The staff were so friendly and made you feel right at home. Everything was walking distance and the area was incredible!"
