"Hotel was close to main attractions but down a somewhat desolate side street. Room was way too hot and staff had a hard time correcting the temperature.eventually got it well enough to fall asleep. Otherwise very clean and comfortable."

"Amazing location, amazing staff! The hotel has 5 floors, each with a suite and a hotel style room. The top floor has a terrace with views of the city. We walked everywhere during our stay. The front desk staff was fantastic, as was the restaurant. Thank you so much for a great first trip to Milano!"

"Staff was great, a beautiful historic place with lovely staff and very nice rooms. Kevin and Pierre were kind and very helpful thoughtout our stay. Tricky to find though and you can't just pull up to the front door. Let them know when you're going for directions. Car is not a good idea in this very busy part of the city."

"Good location. Excellent communication with property manager. However, there were multiple misses. First, walls are extremely thin. We could hear the neighbors next door all night. Secondly, heater stopped working in the middle of the night and it was literally freezing (January). Appliances were old and stove reaked of gas when we tried to use it."

"The hotel was good. Only if you are staying for short time. The hotel is very small, no what I expected for the price that I paid. But good location and breakfast also muy normal, it was included on the rate I paid. So was ok. The hotel closes at 12 might night, very weird you have to knock the door and someone can let you in. It was very clean. "
