"Location location location! Everything was walkable. We were able to get the room early which was amazing after our long flight and feeling the jet lag. The hotel and room was super nice, our bathroom was kind of tiny. The breakfast was a big highlight."

"The hotel is in a great location. The hotel is beautiful. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of food. Unfortunately the noise in the hotel ruined our experience. It sounded like furniture was being moved above and beside us all night. Also they have music playing in the hallways which is nice until you are trying to sleep then it sounds like someone is having a party. "

"Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in - the rustic charm hits you as soon as you enter the building. The staff couldn’t be anymore accommodating and helpful - they really do go the extra mile to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Breakfast was fabulous just what you need to walk around a city - the water is amazing - only thing I would suggest to change is maybe the shower curtains could be thinner and abit more waterproof. Although Amazing pressure from the bidet wow - 5* service in a 3* setting !! We will 1000% be back to stay here when we visit Milan again - thank you !!! "

"The location of the hotel was great. Easy access to the metro and in an area with lots of bc restaurants and shops. The breakfast was delicious. Lots of choices, including GF. The bar in the lobby was also great. Friendly staff with a good menu for drinks and food. Perfect for our group. I would recommend and definitely would stay here again. "

"Great hotel in a great location. Easy to walk to/from Milan Central Station as well as the centre of Milan and its tourist attractions. Hotel was very clean and staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and the drinks at the hotel bar were very reasonable. Would definitely stay again."
