"I didn’t like this place , I was expecting way more for the price , this is the only hotel so far who after I paid for my reservation I have to pay extra money on my check in for taxes is ridiculous expensive, the thermal waters were very cold i thought they were be not hot , they closed the nice ..."

"I can’t say enough about this hotel. I gave them 5 starts , excellent in all hospitality aspects, beautiful location, modern suites, very comfortable beds, staff is willing and happy to help. I definitely consider staying at quo quality my next visit to Manizales. Thank you!"
