"It’s hard to check in"

"Place was well situated close to restaurants and public transportation- though subway was a bit hard to navigate. Our rooms were secure, modern, clean, and comfortable. A bit on the smaller side but comfy. We stayed in the Ebe room, so others might be a bit roomier. The staff was very helpful in checking in, offering suggestions for places to eat, and getting us a taxi for when we needed to head out to or next destination. If we ever go back to Naples, we will be staying here again!"

"Location was really great as it made walking around the town easier. The host was extremely helpful and kind. The front door is inside the courtyard of 18 at the back and to the left, we couldn't see it at first, so this is to make it easier for everyone else."

"The staff are a credit to this hotel, so welcoming and friendly. The room itself was okay, we had a room with a spa tub and sauna. On the surface this is great, however, it made everything in the room quite damp. The bed wasn’t comfortable and had I realised from the picture that it was a Murphy bed I would have chosen this room.
