The grounds were clean and the area was alright but there are homeless in the vicinity. No issues while we were there. The host was very friendly and helpful. "Great location on the waterfront in Vancouver. Close to several good restaurants, including Dos Alas Latin Kitchen which we thoroughly enjoyed and attached to 13 Coins, an old favorite. It's a great area to walk along the waterfront. Our room was nice, with a view of the water. All of the staff at Hotel Indigo were extremely helpful and we can't wait to return!"
