"We had a horrible night due to other guests. A full basketball team was screaming and running around. I was disappointed that I had to give the staff member a solution to the issue. I also had to move my stuff two floors up while the elevator was broken. Pool was also broken so we couldn’t enjoy that. Staff was great overall though. "

"The hostess was extremely rude and unprofessional in appearance in her purple crocs. She asked if I still lived at the address on my DL and the purpose of my stay. I explained we just brought our grandkids for a sleepover since they had an indoor pool. She said future reference the owner had a policy that states you have to live at least 50 miles away to stay here. We only live 15 miles away. I wonder how the owner is taking part in the community with this policy. What if someone lost their home to a fire or tornado? They couldn’t stay here? Also, the hot tub was empty and roped off with caution tape. Looked like a major safety hazard. "

"Clean room, good breakfast, quiet . The bed was comfy but exceptionally tall. The bed height may be a problem for elderly or short people. Im 5ft 7 and it was waist level. The shower was good."

"There was a 1.5 inch gap under the door. No safety chain or latch, a hole in the ceiling over the tub and weird stains on the wall and bath tub. "

"Everything was clean, staff were great. I enjoyed the happy hour and my kids loved the breakfast. We used to always go to another chain but we’re switching!"
