"I couldn't sleep because of the noise from the bathtub; it was incredibly annoying. It would startle me every time I tried to sleep. I complained three times, but they didn't change my room. I was only sleeping three hours a day, and it wasn't good sleep because I was going to bed at 4 a.m. Also, there wasn't a balcony as advertised. I wanted to enjoy my vacation and relax; I didn't know I would suffer."

"We booked two rooms at this hotel. One of the rooms had the door broken. Looks like someone had kicked it. At reception , they were adamant we only had one room when we had two booked. There was no pillowcase and no duvet case the bed was a double and had a single mattress topper as a duvet. The shower was incredibly mouldy we didn’t use it for that reason. The hotel should be shut down for hygiene reasons do not stay here."

"Unsleepable—Loud events and smoke smell
If you actually want to sleep, avoid this hotel. It is located right in the middle of multiple event halls that blasted incredibly loud music until 2:00 AM. Because of the nonstop noise, we couldn't sleep at all, which was miserable since we had to check out at 6:00 AM. To make matters worse, there was a strong smell of smoke throughout the hallway and inside our room.
The only saving grace was the staff—they were very nice and polite, but unfortunately,...
