We received video instructions on check in procedures and the hotel reached out way in advance to provide instructions. "The B&B is located in an unusual building but the location is great for exploring Sorrento. We stayed in the Capri suite, which has a wonderful view and terrace/balcony. The room was very clean and serviced daily. The best thing about staying at Serale Suites was Lisa who greeted us every morning and fed us an incredibly delicious breakfast. This lovely lady works extremely hard and did an amazing job in making us feel welcome. Grazie! "
