"The room is clean. I like how a shuttle can be arranged (5euro per person). However, water is charged in the room which is not an expected situation as the price range of this hotel is not a cheap one. The shower floor is extremely slippery, especially after using hair conditioner. It is dangerous for elders and children as there isn’t any mat or handles. "We had a great stay at the hotel. The staffs were really good and helpful too. Location is near to the airport and so if you are planning to visit centraal or cathedral it’s a bit tricky as you would have to catch 2-3 trains to reach there. But travel to Malpensa airport is really convenient. But I totally loved the hotel and service and would rate 8/10."

"Our stay was very disappointing for a Doubletree Hilton. The beds were rock hard, there was no internet service with wifi, doors to the elevator slammed shut on you within seconds of opening, and the bathroom shower filled up and flooded the rest of the bathroom floor moments after turning it on. The one saving grace was the breakfast buffet and coffee drinks which were both quite good. "
