"The hotel is in the perfect location for anyone who likes to travel on foot, a short downhill walk from the train station and an even shorter walk of two blocks to the lake, excellent restaurants and cafés. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with a city map and free passes for public transportation. This was very helpful for taking the cable car uphill to the train station"

"We left check-in a bit too late which came a faff as we were approaching the property on public transport. You need to check-in to obtain an entry code for the building and your room. Our own fault - we should have read the instructions earlier and checked-in to get the code. All good in the end though - the apartment was immaculate, well sited for access across the city and we'd certainly recommend to others and would revisit."

"Das Zimmer war sehr gross und man hatte viel platz. Jedoch was das Zimmer überhaupt nicht sauber. Im Badezimmer war es staubig und und es lagen überal Haare. Das Zimmer sah so aus als ich ein gecheckt habe. Das Ich habe das Personal darauf hingewiesen und nach 1 Tag wurde die hälfte vom Zimmer gesaugt. Die andere hälfte war immer noch staubig. Ansonsten war das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. "

Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be.
