The staff were incredible! Friendly, helpful and very accommodating. My girlfriend and I were there for a triathlon and we were able to check in at a good time, and the receptionist made it available to leave our bags there too after check out.

Courtyard By Marriott Nanaimo
Extremely overpriced room. The bar downstairs was so expensive same with the little store with 15$ candy. The air conditioner was so loud all night and the bed was so hard and uncomfortable. The pool is small and cold. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Only good thing is the location.

The property is old and needs updating. The pillows are squares..and not comfortable. The breakfast was too simple. Cheese thing that tasted like rubber and the coffee was terrible.
