"My husband and I had a great stay at Victory Villa. The room as recently renovated, comfortable, and very clean. The host who met us was very friend and informative. He communicated directly and what to expect when driving to Victory Villa. The road getting up there isn't great, but totally doable in a car whether day or night. For someone with major passenger anxiety, I didn't particularly enjoy the drive. However, it was well worth it once we reached."

"The stay at this hotel was mixed. The wait for our room was pretty long. I'm used to staying at the comfort inn in other parts of the world and the service is always efficient but in this case we waited like 2 plus hours for the room. Then their was a leak from the air conditioning and there was water all over the floor. I asked the front desk for a discount because of the inconvenience I was told no discount.
On the flip side the shuttle service to the beach and the airport was efficient. ...
"The owners and staff were warm, welcoming and always willing to help. Very nice people. Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. The property and trails were beautiful, the flowers, plants, fish pond and ducks were nice to see. There were lots of birds to see and hear. Overall a great place and cant wait to go back."
"I loved staying at the Blue Haven Hotel! I plan to return soon. Marilyn, Carl, and the hotel staff were warm and inviting and made me feel right at home. The restaurant quality and service was excellent--hats off to the chef. Try the Tobagonian Breakfast and the local catch of the day for dinner. The quiet Bacolet Bay beach provided a beautiful background for relaxing and cooling off in the ocean. The oceanfront room allowed me to fall asleep to the sound of waves every night. Highly recommend...
"The owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. We definitely look forward to staying here again once we are in Tobago. "
"There were mop streaks and shoe prints from the cleaner on the ground. There was no staff at the reception when we arrived. Security checked us in. Similarly the breakfast staff were always inside talking and we had to go find them. The breakfast was minimal though tasty. As for the beach view, you can see it when you have breakfast but not from the rooms. The hotel is generally run down and poor value for money. It also did not feel safe."
