"The most prominent feature of this hotel is the terrace, what a fabulous view! The staff were very helpful and friendly, showing the Gym which is slightly hidden away behind the bar and the large relaxing public lounge. There is a wide offer for breakfast in a large room which I think is underused. It would for instance be a great place for a reception or other formal gathering."

"A beautiful property. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money and would recommend.
It was a shame the bar wasn’t open earlier and it would have been nice to have a coffee during the day, maybe reception staff could have done this?
A little far out from the centre but of you are happy to walk 40 mins or so not a problem. Bus was also available but couldn’t work out how to pay for that without paying double on the bus!"

"An exceptionally special stay. Beautifully appointed rooms with views over a garden so stunning I’d stay here just to visit it. Staff at the top of their game and the restaurant… sigh. Just book it."

"A beautiful hotel located approx 25 min walk from ponte vechio bridge. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Dogs are welcome. Breakfast was continental with plenty of choice.
Pool area clean. 2 shaded areas about 6 sun beds were out when we were there plus deckchair type seats. You are given a towel to use by the pool on arrival. Pool cold so ery cooling in the heat. 1 downside was the pool did need some updating of the tiles at the bottom of it.

"The property’s location is excellent. You step out and find restaurants, bars, creameries it’s excellent. The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again."

"Everything was wonderful! Would definitely stay again. So many extras included with stay and the breakfast was amazing. The staff was superb! Marcella at the breakfast was the best. Thank you for an outstanding stay!"
