"The hotel staff where very friendly and helpful and we managed to check in an hour early, we dropped our bags off and checked in and they called us when our room was ready as we were there early. Communication was good, however links don’t work in Expedia which made it tricky but spoke to them and seem to be working now. Bit different to first enter but no problems. Great place to stay!"
