Given that the hotel was fully occupied by Forbes attendees, it is unclear why such disruptive work needed to begin so early. The noise significantly impacted the guest experience, and I understand that several other guests shared similar concerns. This may be an area worth reviewing to better align operational activities with guest expectations, particularly during high-profile events."
