"Amazing owners and such a great room! Very clean and modern. We had very early morning schedules so I do hope the other guests in the house weren’t too disturbed. Ciampino and the walkable Pizzaria were lovely and welcoming"

"The room was lovely. A few problems—there was only one light switch for all 5 lights, there was no coffee table nor extra chair in the ‘living rm’ space, TV orientated to the bed. A major issue was no coffee maker in the room. A difficulty with the location is that there is no transportation except very expensive taxis/Uber cars to get to Tivoli and surrounding sites."

"Great place to stay with very helpful staff who helped us with dinner reservations and a ride to the airport. The ride was a fixed price of 70€ and was easy to use. Thank you Mari for everything!"

"In a great location with lots of dining and shopping options. Within walking distance to the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain. The property is classic and authentic. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker or tea kettle in the room. The shower is about the size of a US phone booth. The staff was very helpful."

"Close to many attractions, shopping, cafes-anything you could look for. The staff was very helpful and nice to work with. The cleaning lady was nice too and does a great job. Would definitely book here again."

"Buen lugar para dormir. A pesar de que puedes consumir lo disponible en la habitacion sin costo adicional es necesario mejorar el desayuno."

"Room was very modern, but the showers were small. Only one side of the building had a nice view to the outside. It is 47 Steps (with no elevator) to get to the Suite. The Staff were super nice and accomodating. There is a small Kitchenette available for Guests, too!"

"Great location, very welcoming and friendly host, ease of bag storage, very nice to have a fridge. 10/10 would recommend"

"The room was great and the staff were incredible. Thank you so much!"

"muy buena la habitacion nos dieron dos habitaciones con baño individual, la ubicaci{on perfecta a una cuadra del tiber y tres de plaza Navona"

"Clean modern room only 1 block to the Colosseum. Restaurants have good food at reasonable prices. I'd stay here again."
