"Great location right across from Bologna Centrale. The first room I was in was a little dated, and the shower leaked. The hotel immediately switched us to another room within 15 min, and was much more updated and without any issues. Staff were very helpful. Interesting touch was their pillow menu, ..."

"The staff were wonderful. The hotel is ideally located being just a short walk from the station and central piazza. AC worked particularly well given the extremely warm conditions. Highly recommended."
