"La qualité n'est pas digne d'un établissement 4 étoiles. La literie était inconfortable, certainement dû à son âge avancé. En effet notre fils a dû dormir assis sur leur canapé lit tellement les ressorts étaient saillants. Quant à nous le matelas avait la forme des usagers passés. Il y avait des traces de moisissure dans la salle de bain. La moquette dans les parties communes ainsi que les sièges du restaurant étaient eux aussi tâchés. Le restaurant n'est clairement pas à la hauteur d'un tel...

"We loved our stay. We had a beautiful, bright, good-sized room. The staff were wonderful as was the location. Breakfast on the rooftop was simple and good. Only caveat: if you are afraid of heights, this is not a good hotel for you as walking from the glass elevator to the door of the hotel is along a narrow (max 1 metre?) walkway at a very high height. My trick: don’t look down!"

"my kids found a cockroach in our bedroom, im not sure how long we had it we stayed 2 nights and just checked out , we had to take iur clothes to wash cause who knows could be contaminated. The hotel suited our bedroom when I went down and talked to the receptionist, what I asked is compensate for our inconvenience also to ruin our memory , I did not received a single call just an email indicating they are waving the additional cost worth of 50 Euro I would to refund the whole staying"

"The Smart Hotel was in a very secure location and a 5 minute (or less) walk to the ferry docks and right at a cruise ship terminal. The room was clean, the staff knowledgeable and helpful and the morning breakfast had good variety with fresh fruit and hot coffee. While using Naples for a jumping off place to Rome in the north or Amalfi to the south, we will stay at this hotel at this location again."

"We only stayed for a night and room was ok and staff friendly however it was like a building site with exposed plaster board etc. It’s hard to properly review as we literally slept there the left early for our flight. They did leave a lovely gift for our son in the room which was nice. Hotel is super convenient to the station which is why we booked it but doesn’t have much atmosphere"

"Personale gentilissimo sia a colazione che alla reception. La struttura è bella ma la camera andrebbe un po rivista negli arredi poiché sono un po’ vecchiotti, soprattutto il letto. Per il resto tutto ok, anche la colazione molto variegata e buona . C’è la stazione ferroviaria a soli 10 min a piedi e nei dintorni ci sono tanti locali dove mangiare e bere"

"Travelled as a family of four adults booking 2 rooms -102&103. Sadly, my daughters find “silver fish” in the bathroom and on the bed. The rooms were however very nicely decorated. I was disappointed as the review stated a nice bar and small terrace to have drink - bar was shut for all 3 days we were there! Note also: it’s on a square with lively residents - could be disturbing to some but not intimidating. The location is good for walking around as it’s in the heart of the historic Old town....
