"We were totally pleased with our stay at this hotel. It’s unfortunate that there is not sufficient economic activity in this area. We hope more people will visit this area of Italy and help to create a tourist economy."

"Fuori dal centro storico di Campobasso, ma con un mezzo personale in pochi minuti si può raggiungerlo. Edificio storico che avrebbe bisogno di qualche piccolo ammodernamento, tuttavia proprio in questo periodo è in parte in fase di ristrutturazione. Stanza molto ampia, pulita e silenziosa. "The host is molto gentile.Really Like the atmosphere of family running villa! wonderful scene, hard to be picky. We will definitely come back again."

"We had a fabulous stay! The owner Emmanuela is friendly, gracious and super helpful. She has also great restaurant recommendations. We felt like we were staying in an art gallery. Everything was tastefully designed mixing modern art with the beautiful old world building. Location is perfect for exploring the area. Parking is bit of an issue. Campobasso is a busy city, so you will need to find paid street parking. Otherwise I do highly recommend this place for the location and charm."

"Excellent customer service, beautiful grounds and rooms. Lovely spa and wonderful treatments and amenities. We loved it !Thank you"

"Struttura in centro città, ottimamente ristrutturata. Oste gentilissimo che offre anche un’ottima colazione"

"We came in October for one night so the pool and hot tub were closed. But this was ok and we enjoyed our short stay. Thank you."

"L'hôtel est facile d'accès avec des places de parking dédiés. Tout est dans un état neuf et très propre."

"Excelente. Quarto limpo, ótimo atendimento"

"The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. The amenities in the suite were wonderful, just as described."

"Double check with them before booking. Not all rooms have air conditioning. (It was August so this was necessary) The room we originally were given did not so we were moved to 5th floor which was fine but no elevator in this property. Excellent location in area and we did get a voucher for daily coffee and cornetto at the nearby bar."

"Very clean place with brand new bathroom. Kitchen available which was great. Easy access and located near all facilities such as grocery store etc"

"The B&B was very clean and close to the main piazza, Lorenzo was very responsive and helpful to any questions we had. It was a great experience and I recommend this place to everyone."
