All the staff are very helpful and approachable with regards to our questions about exploring the Dolomites.. Rosario, Adriana from the dining/bar are is very excellent both of them stands out in giving good customer service.. Stefan is also very informative and much appreciate all fhe help and info he provided us. This place was a HEAVEN for us after hiking all day in a beautiful place like Dolomites! Grazie Mille everyone!!!

Hotel und Umgebung top, Service und Essen flop

Obwohl wunderschön gelegen und wir ein schönes, sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer hatten, verdient dieses Hotel insgesamt keine 4 Sterne. Von Gastfreundschaft war wenig zu spüren und scheint auch niemanden interessiert zu haben. Es hat auch beim Auschecken nicht interessiert, wie uns der Aufenthalt im Hotel gefallen hatte. Das Essen war nicht wirklich schlecht, aber sehr einfach gehalten und einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht würdig, da hatten wir im Südtirol fürs gleiche Geld doch schon wesentlich bessere Adressen. Auch der Service verdiente höchstens 3 Sterne und liess doch insgesamt ziemlich zu wünschen übrig. Erstaunlich, dass obwohl im Südtirol fast alle Angestellten nur Italienisch sprachen und kaum Deutsch. Wir waren Anfang Oktober für eine Wanderwoche dort, ich vermute mal, dass für dieses Hotel die Wintersaison die wichtigste Zeit im Jahr ist und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis des Hotels dann möglicherweise auch eher einem 4 Sterne Haus entspricht, wir werden aber nicht zurückkehren.

Excellent place to spend several days for relaxing

First time in northern Italy. This resort was really a good find. The location is amazing plus easy to get to excellent hiking. The food was outstanding, we had the half board which was excellent. The room was clean and efficient. The pool was nice and very warm. However the hot tub was not warm. Easy checking and out, parking right onsite. The facilities outside were very comfortable.

Wundervolle ruhige Lage

Sehr schönes Hotel, in ruhiger Lage, mit wunderschönen Blick auf die Dolomiten Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für Kinder hervorragend geeignet. Spielzimmer über Wellness Bereich allesen da. Essen hervorragend lecker.

Отель в прекрасном месте, останавливаемся второй раз, первый раз я была от него в восторге. Но в этот раз дали маленький номер с жутким видом на гараж! И ещё отель слишком немецкий, персонал совсем не дружелюбный, но все просьбы выполняет. Еда нормальная, но в прошлый раз была лучше. Спа-зона не понравилась, за исключением финской сауны.
