Quiet hotel very close to the archeological park (short walk), also a short walk down to the beach area for restaurants, etc, Breakfast was basic but nice enough; staff nice.

personale fantastico, soprattutto alla reception, ambiente pulito e confortevole. sia io che mio figlio ci siamo alzati col mal di schiena causa del materasso duro, ma potrebbe essere xche nn siamo abituati, la sensazione di dormire con la testa in dietro e i piedi verso l'alto, x il sesto OK.

Nous avions réservé et payé 2 chambres, à notre arrivée elles n'étaient pas disponibles, on nous a déplacé dans un hôtel délabré de classe largement inférieure et sans remboursement. Cela tient de l'escroquerie et est inadmissible. Nous attendons de voir la suite donnée par Expédia.

Hotel Eracle in Selinunte

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Gut gelegen, sauber, freundliches Personal und guter WLAN Empfang. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: das Frühstück. Das ist des Namens nicht wert und man sollte - wenn man es wünscht - lieber außerhalb frühstücken. Das schlechteste Frühstück auf der Rundreise bei 8 Hotels. Alles andere aber TOP!

Hotel bei den Tempeln von Selinunte

Gute Lage direkt an den historischen Tempeln und wenigen schritten zum Meer. Wir waren allerdings die einzigen Gaeste im Hotel, was etwas merkwürdig war.

Experiencia lamentable

Esperamos que ningun huesped vuelva a sufrir nuestra experiencia. Reservamos habitacion en este hotel con un mes de antelacion. No hubo ningun problema respecto a esto. Y pagamos por adelantado. Cuando llegamos al hotel, nos dijeron que no habia habitaciones disponibles en el mismo hotel y que nos llevaban a unos apartamentos. Dichos apartamentos estaban subcontratados y no presentaban los mismos servicios que habiamos contratado por internet. Tras comprobar que no habia agua caliente ni aire acondicionado, se lo comunicamos al hotel. Pero como eran unos apartamentos subcontratados no se hicieron responsables y no se preocuparon por nosotros. Espero que a nadie mas le ocurra esta experiencia pero es digna de contar para que proximos huespedes esten prevenidos. Gracias y un saludo

Lamentable estancia

En primer lugar,el hotel que habiamos reservado se encontraba completo por lo que nos llevaron a unos apartamentos. Algo totalmente distinto a lo que habiamos pagado. El alojamiento no disponia de agua caliente ni de aire acondicionado. Cuando fuimos a comunicarlo al hotel, su reaccion fue la de no reparar los desperfectos y empezar a insultarnos ya que queriamos poner una reclamacion. El hotel Eracle se despreocupo de nosotros totalmente porque estabamos alojados en un apartamento que segun ellos no pertenecia al hotel. Lamentable experiencia. Desde aqui queremos expresar nuestra queja y malestar al hotel y a hoteles.com por cobrarnos un hotel donde no disponian de habitaciones.

utmärkt läge

Besökte Hotell Eracle i juli 2014. Små rum för 3 personer. Rent o snyggt men väldigt opersonligt. Frukosten trist men läget fantastiskt..

Misvisende beskrivelse på hotels.com

Det var godt nok en skuffelse! Værelset til 4 personer, var et lille dobbeltværelse, hvor alle løse møbler var stuvet ud på badeværelset for at få plads til to opredninger. Beskrivelsen på hotels.com er helt fejlagtig. Der står hotellet har 20 restauranter, det har en, og hvis man skal dømme efter morgenmaden, er den helt elendig. Morgenmaden var uspiselig, kun plastic mad. Der står hotellet har egen strand, det ligger ikke engang ved stranden. Der står det er i art deco stil ??? Der er en tagterrasse med en skøn udsigt, men den bliver ikke anvendt og ikke rengjort, der flød med fugle lig deroppe.Det er som om hotellet har fået ny ledelse, som overhovedet ikke har sans for det og bare lader stedet forfalde. Vi kunne ikke komme hurtigt nok derfra og aflyste en overnatning der,

Consigliabile per posizione e potenzialità

Posizione comoda sia per la spiaggia che per l'area archeologica, camere confortevoli e personale cortese e disponibile. Spettacolare ed invidiabile vista dal roof...purtroppo in giugno non ancora utilizzabile.....ma la sua potenzialità è elevatissima. Il garage, per noi che viaggiamo con due moto, è un punto a favore non da poco! La colazione, forse poichè ancora in bassa stagione ed in fase di ultimazione dei lavori di ristrutturazione, non proprio rispondente alle aspettative..... Hotel comunque consigliabile!

Not bad but no air

The hotels location was good and close to the historic sites we were there for. Our room was very hot and they said the air conditioning was broken. On a noisy street so leaving the windows open at night was not an option.

Gemütlich sauberes Hotel

Wir hatten 4Tage Aufenthalt und fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl. An der Rezeption des Hotels bekamen wir von einer sehr gut Deutsch sprechenden, überaus netten und liebevollen Person auf alle unsere Fragen Antworten und Anregungen. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer, wie auch des Hotels, sind absolut vorbildlich. Das Frühstücksbüffet, betreut von einem netten auch sehr gut Deutsch sprechenden Herrn war in seinem Angebot, wie auch in seiner Qualität, bestens. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, da man nur wenige Minuten braucht, um an der Hafenpromenade den Flair des kleinen Örtchens genießen zu können.
