"The room was dirty. There were marks all over the walls, they had a fabric chair with stains all over it, it says it has a patio or balcony but it had neither. I was really disappointed. My room had an extra door that was locked which was abit of a worry as i didnt have access to it unsure what is behind it. Positive thing is the lady at the front desk is very welcoming and lovely."
