"Shabby. Badly in bed of a refurb. Furniture in my room 214 was well past it best. They call themselves a 4 star hotel but it’s 2.5 at best. One receptionist when I was checking in. At least 12 people behind me waiting to do the same. Bathroom stank of smoke. Black tiles had loads of soap / water ..."
