"The staff at the IBIS in Coleraine were great - very friendly and helpful. However, my room had a distinct smell of smoke, as if a previous occupant had been a smoker - Not good! Also, no safe in the room! Also, maybe you need to review your policy towards young children in the bar area. say after 9pm, as there were some evenings where the bar sounded more like a kids playground than a bar! Food was good, particularly the roasts of the day."

"This was an incredibly noisy place to stay. There were large groups of marauding drinkers outside smoking until the early hours of the morning and it was incredibly loud in our room with a constant smell of smoke."
