"Top floor room architecture was beautiful. View from the room was amazing. Cleaning staff and reception staff were very helpful. Better communication about specifics concerning excursions would be greatly beneficial. We found ourselves reacting to things we were unprepared for but easily could have been. Some of the facilities were old and in need of some minor repairs (slow draining sinks in the bathroom, broken stall door latches, etc.). overall I give our stay 4 stars. Wonderful...

"We had one day to stay at this location so given the pics, we felt this was a good fit. It is a 1/2 hour from the airport but that's about the best thing. When we got there, the place was empty and that was fine. We were past prime season, but the 6 cats and the smell of cat urine was too much. The views were great from the bar and patio, the rooms very average with one that reeked of cat pee. We took our losses and left. We did not stay overnight as it was just too smelly. The one beer...

"This was by far the best vacation we've ever experienced. The resort is phenomenal. The staff are friendly and top notch. The amenities and activities are fun. The beach and pool venues are awesome. The five restaurants are so good we stayed all week. We only left for one hike. I would recommend the villas with the private plunge pool which was so luxurious. We didn't want to leave. "The best trip ever definitely better than a cruise. The Japanese restaurant really need to change chair as my husband fell out the chair due to been too loose. A few of our guest had to change chairs."
