"The room was quite large and aircon worked well. It also had ceiling fans which I prefer when sleeping. Security gates in carpark and accommodation entrance got a bit annoying when coming and going, but nice to know the car was safe and property was secure at night. Still waiting for my deposit back a week later (in “pending” on credit card), this could be processed much faster, considering most places I stay don’t even require deposits. I wouldn’t mind so much if it was returned more promptly....

"Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The location was great — just a 5 min drive to the city and close to Mindil Beach, the markets and camel rides. There is free public parking available, or secure parking for $20 per night, which I felt was a little steep. While we had no issues during our stay, I would like to see more secure access to the resort, as some areas can be accessed by the general public. "The location is good if you want to get to airport quickly but the lack of cost effective and efficient shuttle service to city was disappointing. For a longer stay (over 2 days) I would not stay here."
