"Facilities (4/5): for an older hotel, the lobby is fairly modern and the hallway floors look relatively new.
Room (4/5): the room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. It has outlets for various types of cables and adapters.
Bathroom (1/5): the bathroom counter is so low that it is more suitable for a daycare. The bathtub is also so small that it is about 2/3 of a standard tub. My friend’s room, however, has a standard bathroom. It might be just a matter of luck.
Service (1/5): the front desk staff had a rude attitude. And if you did not book a room through Hilton directly and you may be treated poorly and be stuck with a different room type.
I booked a King bed room but was given a double beds room without first telling me during my check in. I walked to my room at the end of the hallway and then had to back down to the front desk and ask for a King bed room.
Instead of checking his computer to see if a King bed room is available, the front desk staff immediately claimed none is available and blamed others and me for faults (e.g., someone else assigned the room; you booked through a third party so we cannot guarantee the room type; you did not tell me earlier about your room type; etc.). After I walked all the way back to my room, he called and said a King bed room “just became available” but I declined because I did not feel like walking all the way back again and dealt with his rude attitude. It was an unpleasant experience."
