"the room was good, the HVAC didn't seem to be responsive to the thermostat. For a handicap room the door closure was too strong (exceeded code i think) the pool was alittle cool and the hot tub good, but could use some window film or shades for morning use. Staff were excellent ! (all staff including maids) Thanks for a great visit ........"
