"Hotel was clean and staff, like most Vietnamese were lovely, very friendly and very helpful. Hard to get any information from hotel due to a little bit of communication breakdown on the day we tried, but there are plenty of tour shops around the area. A lot of construction across the road, but it will be amazing when finished."

"Nice modern hotel with rooftop pool. The rooms were a little under furnished however. It’s set out like an apartment but no cooking pots or utensils. No plates or cutlery. Only 2 cups and 2 teaspoons in a family room. The breakfast was quite limited compared to other places we stayed in the country e.g there was no juice and one fruit served. It was quite quiet so maybe that’s the reason."

"Great and beautiful place, in a quait village outside catba town. Better to take the bungalows around the pool !!. They are perfect. The staff is nice and helpful with all you need. The pool is beautiful and relaxing. Restaurant is good . highly reccomend this place."

"Best Hotel . Good Location"

"나이 먹은 사람이나 리조트를 주로 이용한 사람은 적응이 어려웠다 주변이 시골 농어촌마을의 내추럴한모습과 마을좁은골목을 지나 마을속에 함께있어 주변이 어수선하고 편의시설이 주변에 없었다"

"Room was very good for the price. I only stayed one night but cool blue lights in room bed is thin and very firm ( which is fine for me). Greeting was exceptional.. I booked a night tour for the bio illuminescent plankton experience. It was the worst tour I’ve ever been on.I won’t get into too many details but extremely disorganized , disappointing and very unsafe boats and hygiene practices. Yikes."

"The Hotel didn't update the information about the rooms and views we are stays only few days and changed the Hotel the facilities looks dirty and old"

"Great place to stay while in Viet Hai Village. Comfortable rooms with excellent a/c, good shower and comfortable beds. The food was amazing, no need to eat anywhere else. Fast laundry service. The gardens around the property were beautiful. The best part of our stay was the help we received from the manager, a young guy named Chilly. He took care of all transportation to and from the village, including transport back to Hanoi. He also booked an incredible Ha Long Bay day cruise for us and has...

"Cat ba Serena homestay was an amazing experience. Our family of five felt so comfortable, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Linda was very responsive and instrumental in organizing a full day boat tour which did not disappoint ( we even saw the endangered langur monkeys sleeping on the cliff). Our second day we rented motorbikes from The homestay and explored the island including caves within the national park. Our kids especially enjoyed the food at the homestay- amazing...
