"Great stay. Tony, who manages the hotel, was key in answering any questions about our reservation and also setting up night/day touring, plus transportation. "

Sie organisieren sehr professionell einen Ausflug zur Lan-Ha-Bucht zu wettbewerbsfähigen Preisen und haben auch Bustickets zu vielen Orten, die sehr praktisch sind, wenn man sie an der Hoteltür abholt. Der Wäscheservice ist hier sehr schnell und sauber. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen, schönes und großes Zimmer, sehr leckeres Frühstück"
"The staff was incredible. They ensured we had a booking for our bus the next morning and dropped us off at the bus location after breakfast. Breakfast was quite extravagant with very beautiful views. The roof top pool wasn’t very fancy but had a great view and was everything you could need. "

We were in a private bungalow with balcony and a river view and it’s worth every penny!
Welcoming staff who couldn’t do enough for you , great amenities, WiFi connection excellent.
Breakfast is served to your room to order - we had it in a balcony overlooking river - magical and relaxing experiences.
They have a shuttle bus to night market and back - very convenient.
Also they have dropped us back to the airport for no extra charge.

"It was good stay for me and my wife. Room and restroom were clean and bed was comfortable with clean covers. Sea view room has really nice view in the room and the terras and the hotel owner was so kind. He smiled everytime he saw us and tried to help us for everything we needed. He arranged 1 day tour and returning bus for us with cheap price, and the quality of those services were very good. It's not fancy modern hotel but clean enough, good view, good location, with very kind staffs and...
"Was a great stay. Breakfast on the street is great, rooms spacious and in a cave, very cool. The only resort that I stayed in Vietnam that had hot water.
The staff very welcoming and extremely helpful.
Shame about the monster resort getting built in front, looking at cranes and building work.

"Jenny nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de chaleur et de gentillesse. L'hôtel est bien situé, au bord du lac. Malheureusement, les abords de ce lac sont en travaux. D'ailleurs, l'ancienne plage est totalement en travaux également... Construction de nouveaux bâtiments sur du terrain gagnés sur la mer.
Enfin cela n'a absolument pas gâché notre séjour. L'hôtel est proche du centre-ville, d'une plage charmante et les activités touristiques sont incontournables. Très bons conseils grâce à Jenny. "

"Wow a huge hotel with a lot of rooms. The service was excellent. Great eating in options. This hotel is on an island so you need to plan your day to get back on boat etc that only run every 30 mins. Given the amount of people this hotel can have there was a lot of noise at night and early in the morning."
