Out of the way so nice and quiet. Taxi to cat ba town was was easy to arrange and a fair price. Staff friendly and polite. Breakfast is typical Vietnamese breakfast, fruit and eggs. Would stay here again

We had an amazing stay at papillon. It’s a bit from everything, but the surroundings was beautiful and it’s possible to rent a bike at the hotel or the staff can be helpful with taxi service. The service at the hotel was so good and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Overall we had the best stay possible. Would recommend everybody to stay at this hotel.

A really nice and quiet place, with a very helpful staff and owner. Clean beds and bathrooms. A beautiful terrace and good food on the menu. They have scooters for rent, but they are also very helpful to help you book a tour or get you going on the next part of your journey.

The hotel is located out of town and there were no real eating options available other than ar the hotel. This meant their prices were slightly high, but they did have sufficient options. The included breakfast was quite basic but ok. The area nrarby has nothing really to see or do, so you should have transport if you want to sightsee the island. Taxi costs will be expensive if you rely on them. Staff were friendly and helpful. A bit noisy with the nearby roosters and with some guests. The rooms are not very soundproof.

We loved our stay at the garden pavilion! It is a few kilometers from town but staff easily arranged an affordable taxi into town for us; renting motorbikes is also an option. We booked our day tours to trek catba national park, and to cruise ha long bay through the staff here too and we highly recommend these services! So easy, so affordable, and we had a fantastic time on both tours. And the convenience of booking at the hotel was just lovely. The facility itself is beautiful and serene - truly a garden paradise. Staff were kind and helpful. The garden room is basic but comfortable with a great view of the garden and surrounding mountain jungle. The restaurant on site is a little hit or miss but we found the dishes we preferred, and breakfast was always good. Overall highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for beautiful surroundings and a chill, down to earth vibe.

Excellent !

Très bel hôtel éloigné du centre ville qui est en travaux . Endroit très calme où se reposer après une belle journée de croisière dans la baie de lan ha. Personnel très à l'écoute et surtout très professionnel. Les chambres sont belles et très propres. Le coin piscine est un gros plus. Merci a toute l'équipe.

Bel endroit où rester à Catba. Ils ont toujours une solution pour nous aider à passer des vacances sans soucis. Mon fils a oublié son téléphone et ils nous l'ont envoyés rapidement par bus à Hanoï sans frais.

Prisvärt hotell som ligger 7 km från Cat ba stad. Det har dock ingen femstjärnigt standard. Hotellet ståtar med en pool som ligger i den lummiga trädgården. Frukosten är OK. Det är lugnt och fridfullt och efter en dryg km promenad.kan man ta lokalbussen in till stan. Alternativt är att köpa någotn av alla transport och utflykter som hotellet erbjuder

Começamos mal, fomos esquecidos no porto, o transfer contratado ao hotel não foi nos buscar. E os números de telefone, tanto da reserva quanto da internet, eram inexistentes, segundo a gravação da operadora. Depois de meia hora de espera, pegamos o único táxi disponível que nos cobrou 150.000 D a mais do que pagaríamos pelo transfer. O hotel nos reembolsou a diferença seguido por vários pedidos de desculpas. O quarto é bem básico e o bangalô 8, o que ficamos, não funcionava o Wi-Fi. O banheiro alaga toda vez que se toma banho, o chuveiro fica entre o vaso sanitário e a pia, sem nenhuma proteção. O hotel fica uns 15 minutos de scooter do centro da cidade, não tem nenhuma atração próxima e nenhuma opção para comer, a não ser no próprio hotel, que tem os preços mais caros que na cidade. Um táxi para o centro custa 150.000 D.
