Wi-Fi worked fine for what you need on vacation, but honestly the highlight was the entertainment team—they really made the trip. Big shoutout to Maria, Christian, Francis, Madeline, and “crazy legs” as I call him—they brought nonstop energy, kept the vibes high every day, and made sure there was always something going on. Whether it was activities, music, or just the atmosphere around the resort, they carried the experience. If you’re looking for a place with good vibes, solid service, and a lively entertainment crew, this is definitely a spot I’d recommend—and I’d come back again."

"Wonderful beach. Staff were friendly. Food was good but often overcooked. Room was clean. Hotel website lacked information when we were booked (i.e. early check-in, room amenities, entertainment)and messages to hotel were not answered. Once there and logged on their site, it showed closed restaurants and didn't show room service menu. "

"Beach was amazing. Clear blue waters and areas you can snorkel and see fish. Cute bungalow home with large bed. Food was great - Recommend booking at Atlantis. Yudelka was available from the first day. I dont stay at places twice, but I would stay Viva again. 10/10"
