"Lovely welcoming people. You have to understand that anyone walks can walk through the door and I believe they try very hard to make them feel welcome. Wi-Fi good , there is staff member that speaks English however you should download a translation app as mostly speaking Spanish. One thing I disliked is bathroom outside of bedroom. "Magatzem 128 was a great place for a 5 day stay. The room was quite rather compact however was extremely clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Thank you to the ladies who serviced the rooms on a daily basis - very thorough. The reception desk staff were friendly and helpful - very welcoming. The cafe on the ground floor was also a real unexpected positive for me. Easy walk to the metro station less than 5mins away. I would definitely stay here the next time I’m in Barcelona. "

"Great location, super close to main strip and also transport links. We stayed here with my young child and it felt very safe. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They have a little childrens table and a couple of toys in the communal area, which I thought was nice. A little loud at night with street traffic etc, however my son still managed to sleep through it all. Would recommend!"

Our room was taken by someone else when we arrived, we were told it was someone’s mistake at midnight, so we were sent to another hotel which had no promised parking lot available, also there wasn’t any water cup in the room, ridiculous and we need to get our money refunded."
