"Did not receive the room that I booked through website. Booked two beds and only received one. Room was also handicap accessible which had bench in tub so was not able to use the tub after a long day of driving. The breakfast was just blah and definitely nothing special. Whirlpool would turn off it seemed after 5 minutes and it was extremely annoying to have to get out so often to turn back on. "Hotel was clean and pool and hot tub were maintained. The breakfast was good and the staff were attentive. The only issue we had was when we went to shut the room darkening shade there was none so we had lights coming in all night. They did have a nice maintenance card that I completed and left when we checked out."

"They gave us an occupied room, didn't tell the person renting the room that they gave us, switched our room to a different one that was a downgrade. It looked nothing like the pictures and was overall disgusting. The staff was rude and gave weird looks and the manager was unhelpful in making due with the mistakes they made."
