Accommodations were nice, but covid still affected some ammenities, ie. no breakfast [closed], and we couldn't get extra pillows [had to buy our own]. Still, good value for the price, and in a better part of the city."

However, the hotel gave a a complimentary breakfast instead, which I appreciated because i didn’t know where to go in my first day in Hanoi. Although troubles happen when you travel,this hotel is always there to serve you with whatever they can do for you. I’m sartisfied with the spring hotel alter all. "
