"Felt like it deserved a 4 star for the wuality and upkeep of the rooms and hotel! Great service throughout, food and drinks waiting upon arrival and no sign of broken tiles or fixtures or random holes in the walls as has been found in other hotel properties."

"It was ok, and a vast improvement over our last stay in Hanoi, as it was far from the touristy and scam-filled Old Quarter. Accommodations were nice, but covid still affected some ammenities, ie. no breakfast [closed], and we couldn't get extra pillows [had to buy our own]. "Location was nice with lots of options for local street food in the area. Circle K is located nearby. Service by the front desk staff was friendly and nice. Facilities in the room was sufficient however was a little aged. Suite was facing the main road and a wee bit noisy at night. Curtains could not be fully shut, as such no way to sleep in if you wanted. Walls are a little thin. As such noise from the neighboring bedroom could be heard at times. "I booked this hotel due to its location which is so near to the office of my client. The hotel is a little bit hard to find but staff is friendly to guide the grab driver. At the hotel, the checkin is smooth and staffs are helpful. To my surprise, with this price tag, the room is very clean (very important to me) and spacey, shower water is strong, bathroom is clean, wi-fi is fast and easy to connect.
