"This resort was amazing for a nice relaxing getaway. The surrounding areas and resort was beautiful and the staff were mostly all amazing too. We particularly enjoyed laying by the pool and being able to have pool side service. Gym amenities were great. Loved doing a yoga class there! Most importantly, we found a resort that’s truly pet friendly. Our dog was allowed to hang out with us by the pool and essentially everywhere but the gym and spa areas. He loved being able to stay with us and it put our mind at ease that he was allowed to and we didn’t have to be constantly worried about that. Overall great location and would for sure stay here again. The only areas of improvement I’d suggest would be there should be enough umbrellas at the pool for every 2 chairs. With how hot it gets, the umbrellas were a commodity and there weren’t enough a couple of the times we were looking for them. Similarly, at the Cielo, it would’ve been nice to have some tables outside with umbrella coverage too. The restaurant’s food and service left a little to be desired. For the price, the portion and flavor were a little disappointing. I ordered a breakfast egg white flatbread and it was sausage and bacon pizza with scrambled egg whites on the side. The salmon for dinner was small for the price. The food overall was underwhelming. That doesn’t dull the overall appeal of this resort for me though. I would just maybe get brunch elsewhere next time around. Looking forward to staying here again!"

"Check in process was delayed due to cleaning of the room which didn’t make sense on a non-busy weekend that my early check in was denied. Then my room wasn’t even available by the 4pm check in time and so I either had to wait for my room to be cleaned “which did not have an estimated time” or take a downgraded room. They at least refunded me the resort fee which good thing because then on Saturday night at 6pm the water was shut off due to a leak. So after a long pool day, right at dinner time, I couldn’t shower to go out to my birthday dinner at Maple and Ash (where there is a dress code). That dress code does not include sunscreen and pool hair. Then when I went to call the front desk, oh the phone doesn’t work. So I call the mainline from my cellphone and the front desk says yeah sorry the water is off and we can only turn it on once the leak is fixed. Like ok I get there’s a leak but no contingency? I asked can I shower somewhere else like I have dinner lol is there a pool shower? “No ma’am the shower is in your room”. Yes…I understand I have a shower, but it doesn’t work. “The water will be on when the leak is fixed”. Ok -_-. Idk, wouldn’t recommend for the price if that’s there customer service when things go wrong. Fine if something happens but find a fix. "
