"This property is very nice and peaceful and super convenient to Cave Creek, Carefree and North Scottsdale. The units are very large with a full kitchen and large bedrooms and bathrooms. The units are starting to show their age though and could use a refresh. The room was quite clean except for the 5 dead cockroaches I found when I checked in. I was told they had sprayed the entire property a day or two before which is fine but when I reported this there was no offer to send housecleaning to clean up. I would suggest when they spray in the future they make an effort to go through all the units the da after to remove dead insects."
