"The outside of the building is really run down, parking lot not level and cracked - not a great first impression. So, we checked out the room, and it was clean and spacious so we decided to stay. However, the internet was not working, which was vital for us (and we had ensured there was wifi before booking). The guy working there was super great, and promised to change our booking from 1 night to 2. In the morning, we were around in the breakfast/office area for an hour, but there was no sign of anyone working. Since we had been assured our second night would not be charged, we left to find wifi. A few hours later, we were charged for 2 nights, and have so far not been able to have this reversed. We are not happy. Other notes - the internet is getting upgraded, so this should be fixed soon. However, the lamps by the bed were not working (so couldn't read a book in bed), and the air conditioning unit was super loud and kept us awake."
