"Front staff apathetic. The grounds were great, hotel breakfast was fine. The shower needs help in the handicap bathroom in the room we stayed in. Water everywhere. And the shampoo and conditioner where in the wrong bottles"

There are absolutely no services available. It's all on you to figure out. The property provides directions which don't always come through timely or in easily readable format. "AWESOME! Excellent stay. Just outside the hotel was a bus stop taking you straight into downtown. Just a 10 min ride! So great to have individual washer and dryer INSIDE the unit. There are several places for entertainment and food close to hotel. There is easy access to the metro line as well in case metro is your thing. Unit was super spacious!"
