"My husband and I had a great experience overall. This was our second time staying at this specific resort (first time was in 2022). Our room was clean, the outdoor pools were good, and the staff was nice and helpful. This resort used to have a shuttle that would take guests to specific stops in town as part of the resort fee, like the Cannery, but when we were there in March 2026, we learned they no longer run that shuttle. If I had to guess, it is likely because some of those shuttle stops no longer exist sadly due to the 2023 Lahaina fire. Small things we noticed: the elevator lights weren't working for several days of our trip, but the staff hung a lantern temporarily and the lighting was fixed eventually. A few tiles were loose around the pool area. Not the resort's fault, but it seemed that several activities that are usually offered as part of the resort fee were canceled while we were there due to the rain storms that happened during our trip. Guests should keep in mind that a lot of activities are very much dependent on good weather and be ready to find alternative plans in case of rain. "

"Nice stay. Beautiful and very clean room. 1. Our housekeeper was super nice, very friendly and very helpful. 2. Swimming pool- nothing exciting compared to the pool of the other resort. 3.When we check-in the staff was ok, just did not feel the “welcoming aloha vibe”. 4. Checking out was good, the guy who check us out was oustanding!! "

"Property was in excellent shape. Drinks were excellent, especially the spicy Bloody Mary. Beach very accessible and clean."

"Everything was great. I don't mind having to take out the trash and not having house keeping daily (you can, for a fee). My only complaint is the "amenities fee". $25 daily - mandatory, when I asked what was it for they said "coffee and wifi". Our coffee was never refilled (the one they leave in the hotel room is enough for 2 days). Other than that everything was great."

"Check in was not great. Our room was not ready which is understandable but when it was ready, they sent us to the wrong tower... clear across the entire property. Our view, supposed to be Garden View, we saw a parked cars looking at their grill and headlights. I would not stay there again."

"Breakfast at Swan Court is breathtaking and the food was delicious. The pool was clean, staff goes above and beyond, the penguins are adorable. Great place for a family vacation"

"Great Location. Plenty of Amenities and Activities. Staff nice but possibly understaffed. No staff offered smiles or that little extra you get from 4+ rated resorts but for the price, good value. Timeshare sales game always running in background was noticeable to me and somewhat takky (I was not there for presentation or owner just paid guest). "

"These condos are privately owned, I didn’t know so all the rooms are differ, mine was old and out dated. Changed 3% for credit card usage at check in that I wasn’t aware of the policy, and not sure how they mixed up by added my credit card to my friends room so now still trying to get refund for friend’s room. Worst of all, they DO NOT do house keeping other than replenishing towels, we stayed 7nights! Never again will I stay here. "
